Ordering & Personalisation
How do I submit my personalisation details?
Simply add your item to the cart and include your personalisation details (name, date, wording, colour preferences etc.) in the order notes at checkout. We'll review your details and get started on your order!
Can I customise the wording, colours or design?
Absolutely! Most of our products are fully customisable. You can choose your tag colour, vinyl colour, wording and more. Just let us know your preferences in the order notes and we'll make it happen.
What if I'm not sure what I want?
No worries at all — just place your order with as much detail as you have, and we'll reach out to confirm everything before we start making your piece.
Can I see a proof before my order is made?
Yes! For most personalised items we'll send you a digital proof to approve before we begin production. We want to make sure you love it before we make it.
Turnaround & Shipping
How long will my order take?
All our products are made to order, so please allow 7–14 business days for production before your order is shipped. We'll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Do you offer express production?
If you need your order urgently, please contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer standard and express shipping within Australia. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage we ship within Australia only. Stay tuned — we hope to expand internationally in the future!
Products
What materials do you use?
We use premium quality vinyl for our decals, stickers and drink tags. Our products are designed to be durable and long-lasting when applied and cared for correctly.
Are your wall decals removable?
Yes! Our wall decals are designed to be removable and repositionable without damaging your walls. They work best on smooth, clean, painted surfaces.
How do I care for my products?
For wall decals and stickers, avoid applying in extreme heat or cold. For drink tags, keep away from water. Specific care instructions are included with every order.
Returns & Changes
Can I change my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once production has begun, we may not be able to make changes to your order.
What is your returns policy?
As all our products are personalised and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged. Please see our full Returns & Refund Policy for details.
