Refund policy

At Saylor and Co Design Studio, all products are personalised and made to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was agreed.

Faulty or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations: Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Once production has begun, we may be unable to make changes.

Incorrect Personalisation Details: Please double-check all personalisation details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors in the details provided by the customer.

Processing Time: Please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be made before it is shipped.
